So, 5 days to go………………….and I’m sooooooooooooooooooooooo excited!!!!!!!

I’m feeling quite anxious about how it’s going to go, who will get on with who and whether things will happen as planned but I guess that’s normal.

People keep asking me if I’m nervous and to be honest I’m not nervous at all. we’ve been together for just over 10 years so I don’t see what there is to be nervous about. I’ve got butterflies in my tummy but I think that’s just excitement!

We’ve had a few last minute hiccups with a few guests unfortunatly not being able to make it which is fine but has meant that I’ve had to re-do the table plan – which I’ve had printed three times!

The boys, our ushers, have all tried their suits on and all look really handsome and so grown up in the grey tails! Our 2 year old page boy looks so cute in his little suit – which is a size 3-4 I have to say!!! I just hope he doesn’t wake up grumpy on the day….he shouldn’t do as he’s a cheerful little chappy who’s always laughing. I can’t wait to see the boys altogether in their suits!
I’m starting to wonder if the suits and cravats will go with the bridesmaids dresses but if they don’t then there ain’t much we can do about it! I’m sure it’ll be fine but there is a niggle in the back of my mind.

I’ve lost a little bit of weight, or so people have been telling me, however I haven’t tried to at all. People did tell me that I’d probably lose weight in the run up to it – which has been good because the wedding day diet was non-existent!!!! We had planned a year ago to start a diet and an excercise regime but we’re totally useless and haven’t got the will power so we just didn’t bother which is one thing that we’re both slightly annoyed with ourselves about….but we both fell in love with each other as we are so why not just get married as we are!!!

I still can’t quite believe that it’s me getting married, it still feels a bit surreal and sometimes forget that it’s actually happening in 5 days time. AAAAAAAAAAaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhh – how can I forget!!

All the cards are all written and the gifts are wrapped so not much else left to do except enjoy it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is it now, my last post until after the wedding so I will definitly see you on the other side when I become Mrs.S!!!!!!!
And, there will most definitly be photographs…..lots of ‘em!
